Paws 4 Passengers is organized exclusively for the charitable mission of providing, through it’s members and well-trained, affectionate, obedient and nationally registered therapy dogs, therapeutic contact with the Traveling Public, Airport Employees, TSA/Homeland Security Employees and Flight Crews at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Reno, Nevada.
Founded in 2013 as Paws 4 Passengers (aka P4P), we are a Nevada Incorporated Non-Profit (501c3). Our volunteers serve the Reno, Sparks and Lake Tahoe area. Paws 4 Passengers therapy teams are registered through Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Inc. We currently have 25 teams. Funding is provided solely by donations, grants and special events.
