A couple of our Paws 4 Passengers Dogs went to visit a counseling class at UNR. Everyone in the class are Juniors and have various majors ranging from counselor/therapist to nurses to criminal justice, etc. The class talks about the various “methods” used in their type of work and the topic of therapy dogs was used for this class. Our dogs’ owners were asked to speak to the class about the benefits of animal therapy programs. We are proud to be afforded the opportunity to spread the word about the work that our amazing dogs do within our community! Way to go Max & Gus (and, of course, Ann & Debbie)!
